Roll Tide Roll

Man, What a day....Saturday was so much fun. I have to first say thanks to my son in law Brad for all his help with the swimming pool before the game. He helped me clean out all the leaves that had gotten in the pool in the last several days. It was a job and I really welcomed his help. Thanks Brad.....

Now, on to game time....We had friends and family come over for the big game. We all had a great time, just wish the outcome would have been different but what the heck, a great season and now we are headed to the "Sugar Bowl".....Can't wait. I'm sure Brad and Allison will be trying to find tickets to go to this game. Sure wish yall luck in doing so. My son, Doug got to go to the game Saturday. He called me several times during the weekend. He had a blast. He was able to meet the announcers for CBS and had pictures taken with them. They were staying at the same hotel as they were. Haven't seen any pictures yet but I will pass them on when I do. After the game, Brad and Allison called it an early night and the rest of the company stayed around for alittle while. Susan told them all night and went to bed early.... They got the wild idea that they wanted to go to Jackies and wanted to know if I wanted to go with them..NOT!!! That crap ain't for me....so when they left, I simply took a shower, and laid down on the couch and went fast asleep. We had a great time and look forward to the next time that we can do this. I don't guess it will be for the Sugar Bowl, our daughter Katie has to have all 4 of her wisdom teeth cut out on the 2nd so I'll be takin care of her and watching the game at home. At least I'll be off that day and won't have to work.

Well, I hope that you all had a great weekend and enjoyed the great game. I hope everyone has a blessed week ahead. God Bless you all.
